Creating Vibrant Health is something that many people want to know. Is it even possible? The answer is yes, it is possible. However, it does require a person to be willing to change their lifestyle, including the foods they choose to eat, getting exercise, getting proper sleep, drinking enough water, and getting outside for some fresh air, and sunshine. Some want to have Vibrant Health, but they think they can do it by simply taking a pill- this is not the answer.
Are you sick and tired of being sick? Are you ready to start a new journey? It doesn't have to be all done today. It took years to get to where you are, and it will take time to change into a Vibrant, Healthy person. But like I said, it does require you to make changes. Every step you take brings you closer to your goal of being Vibrant and healthy.
First, add more fruit and vegetables to every meal. For breakfast, it might mean having a smoothie or adding fruit to your cereal, or you can have a savory dish with vegetables added. Lunch salads are great, pick the fruits or vegetables you like and make a salad. There are fruit salads, green salads, and taco salads, the possibilities are endless. You can make bowls with grains, beans (legumes), and vegetables. Soups are another great option. Dinner- can be the same food as lunch or you have other options, how about pasta with added vegetables, or a potato with a side of vegetables?
In addition to adding more fruits and vegetables - you need to make healthier choices by reducing or eliminating meat, dairy, and processed foods that cause our bodies to become inflamed. This leads to health problems of all types- aches and pains, and if left unresolved they will progress to things like diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and mental disorders. What you eat does matter!
